Footings and Foundations

The footings are constructed and sized with the proper grade of steel to accommodate a mountain-side foundation. The foundations are reinforced with vertical and horizontal steel. The foundation walls are poured with solid concrete. The footings and foundation of all our cabins have been inspected by a structural engineer. We would be happy to provide you with a sealed letter of approval at your request.

Cabin Plans, Water and Sewage

Our cabin plans have been designed and sealed by a licensed and registered architect showing that the cabins meet the proper structural requirements. We do not use "public sewer" systems that are simply a sand filtration system or nothing more than a large public septic tank. The entire development is connected to city water and sewage. All of our cabins have been inspected in stages during construction by a city inspector.

Roads

The roads were built to meet city specifications on thickness of the base and asphalt. All the roads in the development meet city requirements of a maximum 15% incline to provide proper access for emergency vehicles. Covered Bridge development is within city limits thus providing city police and fire protection
